PINOY WEDDING TRIVIA: Our very first event, Elegant Weddings, held inside Rockwell Power Plant Mall in November, 2001- became the first ever comprehensive bridal fair in the Philippines. (NOTE: Prior to this, all bridal fairs were exclusively done in hotels which automatically excluded caterers, garden venues, other hotels, and others. This became the precursor of what is to become the country’s most prestigious and longest running wedding fair, Wedding Expo Philippines and The Philippine Wedding Summit.
